I think my package is missing or stolen. What should I do?
We claim responsibility for the package until it reaches the customer, or until the tracking states “Delivered” or “Notice Left”. Please note that we are not accountable for any orders marked as delivered or when delivery attempts have been made.
We cannot be held responsible for any missing or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep after they were delivered by the carrier. The customer accepts full responsibility for filing any stolen and/or lost shipment claims with the carrier.
If you suspect that your package is missing or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in locating your package. Make sure to file a police report and contact the local postal service for claims.
