Due to hygiene concerns, please note that it is not MISS CURV™ practice to accept item returns or exchanges for whatever reason other than the item being damaged or wrong upon receipt.
If you have an issue with the product received, please contact us and attach photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label. We will thoroughly examine the photos and notify you via email within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement.
If your claim of receiving a damaged product has been accepted, you don’t need to return the product, and we will automatically send a replacement FREE of charge. Please note that items are not considered damaged after 7 days from the order received date but due to misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
If your claim of receiving the wrong product has been accepted, you may return it within 14 days after delivery for a replacement. The customer pays for the return shipping, and MISS CURV™ will pay for the replacement’s outbound shipping.
If you happened to order the wrong size, MISS CURV™ would have to deny your request for a refund or replacement. Size guidelines are posted on our product description for your reference and to help you get a more accurate fit.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE ADDRESS STATED ON THE SHIPPING LABEL. IT IS NOT OUR RETURN ADDRESS. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER ANY SOLUTION FOR LOST RETURNED PACKAGES.
You can refund your product for store credit or exchange it with a different product of the same price or more, but you have to pay the price difference. Refunds cost a minimal fee of $5 for handling, plus your initial orders non-refundable shipping.
Please note that we cannot accept a return or an exchange (even within 14 days after delivery) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:- Items have been washed.
- Items have the tags removed.
- Items have visible signs of wear or use.
- Items are not in their original packaging.
- Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
- Items refused by the customer. All sales are final.
- Instances of abuse of the MISS CURV™ return policy.
MISS CURV™ does reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement request, but that’s just some legal lingo we need to add here just in case. We promise to do what is required to make things right!
