Orders can take between 3 to 25 business days to deliver, depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen at checkout. Please also consider a processing time of approximately 1-5 business days before an order is shipped. MISS CURV™ will send a shipment notification email to the customer as soon as the courier scans the package.

Miss Curv currently doesn't ship to an APO/FPO Address or Military Addresses. Also, express shipping partners like DHL and FedEx cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please take note of this at checkout.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email. Please note that two or more items ordered may arrive in different shipments.

MISS CURV™ Shipping Guarantee offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during international shipping. In addition, we will reship a replacement package immediately at no extra charge if it’s reported lost or stuck in transit.

If your package has failed to deliver, kindly contact your local post office to arrange a re-delivery or collect your item right away. Generally, the carrier has a collection deadline. Therefore, we’d advise you to pick up your package at once, or it might be returned to the warehouse or, worse, disposed of. If the package has been returned to the warehouse, the warehouse will automatically ship the package back for FREE.

If you choose to reject or refuse the delivery, a $25 fee will be charged to cover the return shipping. We will not pay for your return shipment because this is the customer’s responsibility.

MISS CURV™ is not liable for customs import, duty, taxes, and clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for packages that customs have held.

MISS CURV™ claims responsibility for the package until it reaches the customer, or the tracking states “Delivered” or “Notice Left.” If you suspect that your package was stolen or missing, please file a police report and contact the local postal service for claims.
